Cost estimator
A clearer budget.
Before the first meeting.
Choose your home, the finish you have in mind and what to include. You’ll see an indicative range and where the money goes, line by line.
Reading your estimate
Three finish levels.
One honest range.
The same kitchen can cost twice as much depending on what it’s made of. These levels describe the materials behind each range.
Essential
Well made, sensibly finished.
Boiling-water-proof ply where there’s water, laminate shutters, reliable soft-close hardware, gypsum ceilings and a calm, durable palette.
Premium
Richer surfaces, more light.
Acrylic, PU or fluted finishes, branded hardware, quartz counters, layered lighting with coves and profiles, and a few bespoke pieces.
Luxury
Bespoke throughout.
Veneer and lacquer, natural stone, brass details, premium imported fittings and furniture made to measure for each room.
What’s in, what’s not
A starting point.
Not a quotation.
These ranges reflect typical Mumbai apartment projects. Every home is different, so a real figure needs a measured site and an agreed list of materials.
- 01
Included
Design and making of the joinery, ceilings, lighting and electrical work, painting, and civil work and bathrooms when you choose them.
- 02
Not included
GST, design fees, loose appliances, decor accessories, and structural or society-related costs such as deposits.
- 03
What moves the number most
Shutter and counter materials, how much is built in versus bought, and whether walls, floors or bathrooms are being redone.
- 04
Where to save without regret
Keep premium finishes for what you touch every day, such as the kitchen and wardrobe doors, and choose simpler finishes inside cabinets and in rooms you use less.
