OUR DESIGN PROCESS: -
1️⃣ Initial Consultation – Complimentary site visit to understand your space, lifestyle, and requirements.
2️⃣ Measurements & Concept Planning – Detailed measurements are taken and 2D furniture layouts are prepared. A nominal design token is charged at this stage, adjusted in the final project cost.
3️⃣ Design Development – Cohesive design concepts created using 2D layouts and reference images. 3D views available on request for an additional fee.
4️⃣ Estimation & Approval – A detailed cost estimate, scope of work, and design fees are shared. Project moves to execution once approved.
5️⃣ Execution & Coordination – Site work, material handling, and vendor coordination are managed to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress.
6️⃣ Styling & Handover – Finishing touches completed to make the space refined, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Clients are guided in selecting outsourced items such as artifacts, soft furnishings, blinds, curtains, and plants through a few planned market visits, ensuring the right proportions, colours, and designs that enhance the overall ambiance.

Yes, the initial site visit and discussion are complimentary. A nominal token is charged for measurements & preparing 2D furniture layout, which is later adjusted in the project cost.

2D layouts are included in the design fees, mentioned in the estimate, calculated as per the percentage of the total project cost. For a better visualization of the space, 3D views can be provided for an additional fee.
